Jende Poly Diamond Stropping Emulsion – 0.25 Micron

$20.25 $35.44
Jende Poly Diamond Stropping Emulsion is the highest quality stropping compounds on the market. They come in easy to use 7ml squeeze bottles, 25ml and 50ml bottles that are custom formulated to our specifications, making them fast and effective. The color coding makes the grit easy to identify and corresponds to the color of our Nanocloth strops. Of course they can also be used on our Cow Leather and Kangaroo knife Strops. Read more about Poly diamond emulsion 7ml product. The 7ml size bottle is best suited for the 1×4, 1×6, and Wicked Edge Nanocloth, leather and kangaroo strops. Each bottle yields about 2-3 loadings of Nanocloth and about 7-10 loadings of leather. For larger strops, we recommend the 25ml and 50ml versions. 0.25 Micron (60K Grit) is suitable for finish stropping after sharpening to 12K-30K grit, or for polishing the grooves of an edge after sharpening to 1K-10K grit. Diamond abrasives cut through all steel types, and even ceramic blades like a hot knife through butter. Poly diamonds are able to get into the smallest grooves and therefore leave a more consistent and finer finish. If you feel you need more cutting action, you can try our Max Concentration Emulsions. To use, simply spread the desired amount of emulsion on your stropping medium, spread evenly, let dry, then use as usual – see the videos below on how to load your strops.   3 Most Common FAQs for this Product Question – What is the purpose of the Jende Poly Diamond Stropping Emulsion – 0.25 Micron? Answer – The emulsion is designed for ultra-fine honing and polishing of knife edges, straight razors, and woodworking tools. With a particle size of just 0.25 microns, it delivers a mirror-like finish and improves edge sharpness by refining the edge at a near-microscopic level.   Question – How do you apply the Jende Poly Diamond Stropping Emulsion to a strop? Answer – Shake the bottle well, then apply a small amount (1–2 sprays or drops) evenly onto your preferred strop surface (leather, balsa, or nano cloth). Let it dry briefly if needed, then strop as usual. Reapply as necessary after several uses   Question – What are the benefits of using a polycrystalline diamond emulsion over monocrystalline or other compounds? Answer – Polycrystalline diamonds have multiple cutting facets, which means they polish more efficiently and evenly than monocrystalline diamonds. They also tend to be less aggressive, providing a smoother, more controlled finish ideal for precision sharpening.   Videos:
