The Master Kuo Chinese Slicing Cleaver F10 is the iconic knife that professional Asian cuisine chefs use almost exclusively. It is designed for slicing and chopping vegetables and boneless meats. The large flat blade is used for smashing garlic and for scooping up the cut food. The blade is stainless steel clad (San Mai) with Japanese SK5 core steel with a hardness of RC 58.
