Available in 7″, 7.5, and 8″ blade lengths, the thinly tapered blade is perfect for obtaining paper-thin slices, rapid dicing, and chopping tall and dense vegetables. The wide flat blade is perfect for smashing garlic and ginger, and for scooping and transferring from the cutting board to the wok, pan or bowl.
