The Master Kuo F11 Large Chinese Slicers are the iconic knives and best Chinese cleaver that professional Asian cuisine chefs use almost exclusively. This chefs cleaver is designed for slicing and chopping vegetables and boneless meats. Available in 7″, 7.5, and 8″ blade lengths, the thinly tapered blade is perfect for obtaining paper-thin slices, rapid dicing, and chopping tall and dense vegetables.
